Bob is brought to life by comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is created by the comedian Dave Thomas. Even thoughFamously created originally as filler to both follow guidelines and laugh about non sensical Canadian content statutes, the duo morphed into a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the United States. The brothers enetually would become the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
