Bob and Doug McKenzie in Hue

In the video Hue, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of strange Canadian comedians who starred in “Great White North”, a improv which was included on SCTV – second city television for the show’s third season when it was aired on CBC Television in the year 1980. Bob McKenzie is played by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is performed by Dave Thomas. It was made originally as a joke to both follow guidelines and makes jokes about non sensical Canadian content demands, the two became a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the US. The McKenzie siblings soon became the focus of a hit comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
