In the video I am the Keymaster., Bob and Doug McKenzie are a couple of strange Canadian comedians who can been seen in “Great White North”, a ad lib skit which was featured on SCTV for the show’s 3rd season when it moved to the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in . Bob’s part is acted by comic Rick Moranis and the character Doug is brought to life by comic Dave Thomas. It was created originally as filler to both follow guidelines and makes jokes about non sensical Canadian content legislation, the characters turned into a pop culture hit in both Canada and America. The two enetually would become the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
