He’s not saying what the bonus is, my guess would be something like if she was a 1982 Computer Technician & she got a huge commission bonus from let’s say Digital Equipment Corporation for selling a huge national or international company on using all DEC computers & paying millions to outfit all their company facilities with tons of DEC computers… and her being who pushed them into that decision if DEC gave her a $100,000 bonus from that, she could draw a salary from that…but they wouldn’t have not paid off their house with that money…

5:53–5:54 I've watched this movie so many times. And for this scene I always focused on Louis wearing the funny scientific helmet. But this is the first time I noticed that the screen behind Louis shows an image of the beast that attacked him in the first place. Which prompts Egon to ask him, "What did you say your name was?"
