Bob’s character is acted by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie’s part is acted by actor Dave Thomas. The sketch was born originally as a sketch to both please and mock non sensical Canadian content rules, the siblings became a pop culture sensation in both Canada and America.
