Bob’s partThe character Bob is created by the funny Rick Moranis and the character Doug is brought to life by the comedian Dave Thomas. The bit was brought to life originally as a skit to both fulfill and laugh at dumb Canadian content statutes, the two morphed into a pop culture hit in both Canada and America.
