Bob and Doug McKenzie in I LVE THE 80s Contest (Beth from REDRUM Records)
In the video I LVE THE 80s Contest (Beth from REDRUM Records), Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of made up Canadian actors who created “Great White North”, a improv which was included on second city television for the show’s most popular season when it got sold to CBC Television in the 1980s. The character Bob McKenzie is performed by Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is acted by comic Dave Thomas. The sketch was made originally as an idea to both please and mock non sensical Canadian content demands, the pair transformed into a pop culture sensation in both Canada and America. The brothers later became the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
Chris from Rekkid Talk was 10 years old on January 1, 1980 and was partying like it was 1999 as a 20-year-old on December 31, 1989. I had no problem coming up with some 80s albums and movies and a trivia question.

Blues Brothers is such a great movie I've been looking to get that on DVD!! I almost used that movie as my trivia question cuz at the end of the movie the guy that jumps up on the table and the mess hall. Is a famous rocker and I was going to use that as my trivia question. Good luck in the contest man
The Spirit of Radio…
I tend to pick up both old and new, I love the 80's era music because that's when I was growing up. Unforgettable Fire is an outstanding album and I love Dinosaur Jr. & The Replacements- good picks.
