Bob and Doug McKenzie in I spy a…tree! (moose from Brother Bear)

In the video I spy a…tree! (moose from Brother Bear), Bob and Doug McKenzie are a couple of fictional Canadian actors who are responsible for “Great White North”, a program which was introduced on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most liked season when it was broadcast on CBC Television in 1980. Bob’s part is created by comic Rick Moranis and Doug is performed by Dave Thomas. Which was developed originally as a joke to both fulfill and makes jokes about network Canadian content guidelines, the brothers became a pop culture sensation in both Canada and across the border. The characters enetually would become the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
