Bob and Doug McKenzie in IS DAVE DESCRIBING US? #intheshedd

In the video IS DAVE DESCRIBING US? #intheshedd, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of strange Canadian family members who hosted “Great White North”, a sketch which was broadcast on second city television for the show’s most watched season when it got sent to CBC Television in the year 1980. Bob’s character is brought to life by the funny Rick Moranis and the character Doug is performed by the comedian Dave Thomas. Despite developed originally as filler to both please and make fun of annoying Canadian content legislation, the siblings became a pop culture hit in both Canada and across the border. The McKenzie siblings soon became the focus of a hit comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
