Bob and Doug McKenzie in Little Giants #3

In the video Little Giants #3, Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of hilarious Canadian brothers who are responsible for “Great White North”, a show which was introduced on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most popular season when it moved to CBC Television in the year 1980. Bob McKenzie is played by actor Rick Moranis and Doug is brought to life by the comedian Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was brought to life originally as a skit to both satisfy and mock dumb Canadian content policies, the duo became a pop culture sensation in both Canada and the US. The two went on to become the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
