Welcome to the start of Rick Moranis month here at Movies that Make Us and we start off with the 1990 film My Blue Heaven starring Rick Moranis, Steve Martin, and Joan Cusack.
Based on the life of Henry Hill (renamed Vinnie Antonelli), a mobster who was placed into the witness protection program who you might know from the film Goodfellas. The film follows FBI Agent Barney Coopersmith (Rick Moranis) as he tries to keep Vinnie (Steve Martin) out of trouble while waiting for him to testify for the government.

Awful, its such a caricature of an Italian, no Italian Americans talk like Steve Martian. I guarantee this will not age well
On top of being smart you Also have to be in tip top physical condition for the FBI National Academy which is a combination of college and Marine Corp Boot Camp.
