Although born originally as a skit to both satisfy and laugh at network Canadian content laws, the duo grew up to be a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the United States. The brothers went on to become the focus of a an amazing comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.

Stature? Yes. Otherwise, no. I'm sure that Natalie Portman has talent and charm like Rick Moranis has (although not exactly the same), but Natalie has picked some dumb movies among some good ones, and they seem dumber than the bad movies that Rick was in.
