In the video Nicole & Kyle-A Lumix Story- Wedding Cinematography by Dave Thomas ASC, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of hysterical Canadian family members who hosted “Great White North”, a program which was included on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most watched season when it got sent to CBC Television in in the early 80s. Bob is brought to life by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug is acted by Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was made originally as a skit to both follow guidelines and makes jokes about stupid Canadian content statutes, the brothers morphed into a pop culture hit in both Canada and the United States. The McKenzie brothers soon became the focus of a an amazing comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
