Bob and Doug McKenzie in Norm MacDonald – The Twelve Days Of Christmas

In the video Norm MacDonald – The Twelve Days Of Christmas, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of hilarious Canadian actors who were featured in “Great White North”, a program which was broadcast on SCTV for the show’s third season when it streamed by the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in 1980. Bob is brought to life by comedian Rick Moranis and the character Doug is played by actor Dave Thomas. Despite created originally as a skit to both follow guidelines and make fun of stupid Canadian content policies, the pair transformed into a pop culture smash hit in both Canada and the US. The brothers soon became the focus of a an amazing comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
