In the video Ontario Racing Dave Thomas & Catherine O’Hara 1988, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of hilarious Canadian siblings who starred in “Great White North”, a ad lib skit which was shown on SCTV for the show’s most liked season when it was aired on CBC Television in the year 1980. Bob McKenzie is created by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is played by the comedian Dave Thomas. Which was made originally as an idea to both please and laugh at non sensical Canadian content rules, the brothers turned into a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and across the border. The two later became the focus of a hit comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
