In the video Pizza Hut The Guys commercial, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of imaginaryfunny Canadian siblings who can been seen in “Great White North”, a sketch which was streamed on second city television for the show’s most liked season when it got sold to the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the eighties. Bob’s partThe character Bob is created by actor Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is created by actor Dave Thomas. It was brought to life originally as a skit to both fulfill and make fun of non sensical Canadian content legislation, the pair morphed into a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the USA. The McKenzie siblings went on to become the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
