In the video Reacting Toutube Poop Rick Moranis Dooms the Microverse, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a couple of hysterical Canadian comedians who created “Great White North”, a ad lib skit which was streamed on SCTV for the show’s most watched season when it moved to CBC Television in 1980. Bob McKenzie is performed by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is brought to life by comic Dave Thomas. Which was made originally as filler to both follow guidelines and mock dumb Canadian content guidelines, the brothers became a pop culture hit in both Canada and across the border. The two soon became the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
