Bob and Doug McKenzie in Rest in peace [Rick Moranis]

In the video Rest in peace [Rick Moranis], Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of strange Canadian comedians who were featured in “Great White North”, a show which was introduced on SCTV – second city television for the show’s third season when it aired by the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the 80’s. Bob McKenzie is created by actor Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie’s part is played by comic Dave Thomas. Even thoughFamously made originally as fluff to both please and laugh at legal Canadian content legislation, the brothers became a pop culture hit in both Canada and the USA. The brothers enetually would become the focus of a an amazing comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
