Bob and Doug McKenzie in Rick Moranis – Belated Haftorah (Official Audio)

In the video Rick Moranis – Belated Haftorah (Official Audio), Bob and Doug McKenzie are a couple of fictional Canadian siblings who were featured in “Great White North”, a sketch which was broadcast on second city television for the show’s most watched season when it was featured on CBC Television in the 80’s. Bob is acted by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie’s part is acted by actor Dave Thomas. The sketch was made originally as an idea to both please and laugh about network Canadian content policies, the brothers turned into a pop culture success in both Canada and across the border. The two went on to become the focus of a an amazing comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
