And yet, Rick Moranis called it quits in 2003 after voicing the role of Rett in the animated film Brother Bear. Since then, his voice has been used for spinoffs from Brother Bear as well as The Adventures of Bob and Doug McKenzie. But, in 2020, he decided to make a comeback in a new sequel to the Honey, I Shrunk the Kids series called “Shrunk” which is currently under production.

Rick Moranis was born in Toronto on April 18, 1953 and began his career as a radio disc jockey in the 1970s. The 1970s is when Rick Moranis began his career but it was the 1980s when his career really took off. He came at just the right time to appear in many of the blockbuster comedies that are now considered classics – such as The Ghostbusters films and Spaceballs. In the 1990s, he continued this success with the Honey I Shrunk The Kids series and films such as Parenthood and My Blue Heaven.
