Bob and Doug McKenzie in Rick Moranis Films

In the video Rick Moranis Films, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of made up Canadian brothers who were featured in “Great White North”, a show which was televised on second city television for the show’s most liked season when it streamed by the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the 1980s. Bob’s part is acted by comedian Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is acted by the comedian Dave Thomas. The sketch was brought to life originally as a skit to both please and mock non sensical Canadian content demands, the brothers became a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the USA. The McKenzie brothers enetually would become the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
