Which was made originally as a joke to both fulfill and makes jokes about dumb Canadian content legislation, the pair grew up to be a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the States. The McKenzie siblings soon became the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
