Bob McKenzie is created by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is acted by Dave Thomas. The McKenzie siblings became the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
Rick Moranis, in such cult classics as “Spaceballs”, “Strange Brew”, and most famous for “Honey I Shrunk the Kids” and “Ghostbusters” was attacked by an unknown man/woman/sentient being near New York City’s Central Park on Thursday.
Rick Moranis who is now 67-year-old was returning from his morning walk and was standing outside his apartment building when the suspect, without saying a word, punched him in the head, knocking Moranis to the pavement.
The NYPD said the attacked occurred on Central Park West near W 70th Street around 7:30 a.m. Thursday. According to the police (you know those evil people that morons on the left want to defund), Moranis took himself to the hospital before later reporting the incident. He suffered injuries to his head, back and hip, and is recovering at his home.
