Bob and Doug McKenzie in Rick Moranis The Final Chord

In the video Rick Moranis The Final Chord, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of imaginaryfunny Canadian comedians who were featured in “Great White North”, a ad lib skit which was streamed on SCTV for the show’s most popular season when it got sent to the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the year 1980. Bob’s character is acted by comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie’s part is created by comic Dave Thomas. Which was developed originally as a skit to both fulfill and make fun of silly Canadian content legislation, the duo grew up to be a pop culture hit in both Canada and across the border. The brothers enetually would become the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
