Bob and Doug McKenzie in Rue Des Cascades (Duo)

In the video Rue Des Cascades (Duo), Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of hysterical Canadian comedians who can been seen in “Great White North”, a ad lib skit which was aired on second city television for the show’s most liked season when it got sent to the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the 1980s. Bob’s partThe character Bob is played by comic Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is acted by actor Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was created originally as an idea to both fulfill and mock dumb Canadian content rules, the duo morphed into a pop culture smash hit in both Canada and the States. The brothers later became the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
