In the video sctv 3, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of hilarious Canadian family members who starred in “Great White North”, a program which was shown on second city television for the show’s most popular season when it aired by the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the 80’s. Bob’s partThe character Bob is played by comic Rick Moranis and the character Doug is acted by Dave Thomas. Although developed originally as fluff to both fulfill and make fun of stupid Canadian content policies, the duo turned into a pop culture sensation in both Canada and the USA. The McKenzie siblings soon became the focus of a hit comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
