Don't miss this interview with SCTV costume Designer Juul Haalmeyer telling stories about John Candy, Eugene Levy, Andrea Martin, Catherine O'Hara and the cast of SCTV! https://anchor.fm/sctvpod/episodes/Ep–9-SCTV-Costume-Designer-Juul-Haalmeyer-e10oct9
Wow, the ancient Cinemax graphics!
I love SCTV, but that was a little weird.
Something is wrong to the screen
In this episode Eugene Levy place a 1980s Ebenezer Scrooge.
❤ eh !!!
The Driftwood Inn was the same in Shitz Creek show. The rooms looked just like this!
11:47 Catherine O'Hara and her disheveled, drunken rambling sentences that spiral into blank spaces.
How in the hell do they get it just right? Phil's used fruit Phil sanitoneb
A truly Canadian punk band The Viletones and the Diodes
Love The Driftwood caught the feel perfectly. But of course
Thank you for real.
One of the best shows ever. Eugene Levy is a fine actor and is very easy on the eyes too.
Looks suspiciously like the schitts creek motel
God he sounds so much like bing
WOW…and I thought I knew SCTV
Who played the Barry Fitzgerald character?
Thought this was a skit where they play themselves, remembering their favourite christmases.
prelude to shitt's creek
Just booked booked my summer holiday at the driftwood !!!!
Love this show
Did I detect a Franklin Pangborn impersonation in the department store manager? Deep cut.
"Marty Simmons"? as close as they could get to National Lampoon owner Matty Simmons without facing a lawsuit. Pretty daring for an SCTV sketch. But originality was the hallmark of the show.(still miss LaRue's crane shot though..)
Joe Flaherty's Mitch Miller is manic LOL
BEST COMEDY IN THE WORLD CANADIAN EH!!!
3 days and 1 night. Lmao
26:02 killed me
What makes this great is no laugh track. It's more focused on the real funny bits as a result.
Thank you for uploading all these!!
