In the video SCTV Christmas – “Liberace Christmas Special” — from TikTok by Teigan Reamsbottom (his Real Name), Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of made up Canadian brothers who can been seen in “Great White North”, a skit which was aired on SCTV for the show’s most liked season when it got sent to CBC Television in the eighties. Bob McKenzie is brought to life by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is brought to life by actor Dave Thomas. Which was developed originally as filler to both please and laugh at annoying Canadian content statutes, the siblings became a pop culture success in both Canada and across the border. The brothers later became the focus of a hit comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
