Bob is performed by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is performed by actor Dave Thomas. The bit was made originally as an idea to both fulfill and makes jokes about annoying Canadian content laws, the siblings morphed into a pop culture smash hit in both Canada and the United States.
