In the video SCTV – Merv Griffin – The 60s, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of imaginaryfunny Canadian comedians who starred in “Great White North”, a show which was streamed on SCTV for the show’s most liked season when it was featured on CBC Television in 1980. Bob McKenzie is acted by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is acted by comic Dave Thomas. The bit was born originally as fluff to both satisfy and laugh about legal Canadian content demands, the characters morphed into a pop culture success in both Canada and America. The McKenzie brothers went on to become the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.

Through SCTV and national lampoon, I learned all there is to know about the 60s. I think I need to educate my own children. This way the problem is there a weed is too strong and I tend to Tripp real bad when I smoke their stuff. For our children.
