Bob and Doug McKenzie in SCTV – Sctv news – Floyd returns

In the video SCTV – Sctv news – Floyd returns, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of hilarious Canadian brothers who created “Great White North”, a program which was included on second city television for the show’s most watched season when it got sent to CBC Television in in the early 80s. Bob McKenzie is performed by comic Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is played by comic Dave Thomas. Which was brought to life originally as filler to both satisfy and make fun of annoying Canadian content laws, the brothers morphed into a pop culture hit in both Canada and the United States. The McKenzie brothers went on to become the focus of a hit comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
