I forgot that Flaherty was also Sammy Maudlin! Love it. Thanks for the memories.
Feerless acting and TV. God Rest Ye Joe Flarety.
Still the greatest sketch show. EVER.
RIP Joe
What amazing comedic talent on display here. Catherine O'Hara and Andrea Martin just over the top funny and amazing parody that can mashup the symbolism of Hollywood phonyism (Lola Heatherton) with Mother Theresa.
RIP Joe and John.
Still blows SNL away
Comedy Allstars
I grew in the 70’ and 80’s and took the quality of programs such as this for granted. Canadian humour it’s at their finest!
RIP, Joe Flaherty.
R.I.P Joe Flaherty ''''''
RIP Joe and John. I hope Sammy and William B. are doing the show in Heaven right now. They'll have a great guest list to choose from.
His laugh at 7:16 is so perfect.
Rest in peace, Joe.
Mother Theresa was always a drag…
The Wonderful Mr Joe Flaherty passed away recently. I had to come here to appreciate him again.
I loved him in EVERYTHING he was ever in RIP.
RIP Joe Flaherty!
So funny that's great humor.
Man, i wish we had t.v. like this again. It is so funny, and i am so glad i got to watch it when it was on t.v.
Eugene Levy’s hair in this scene is a character in itself
I love Andrea Martin as Mother Teresa
Rest in peace Joe Flaherty. An incredibly funny guy.
Everyone of the SCTV players were capable of playing characters that they defined with such clarity and parody, Above all they were great comic actors and not just funny people.
how come mother teresa gets no respect?
