In the video SGT’s 12 Days of Christmas, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of imaginaryfunny Canadian brothers who were featured in “Great White North”, a improv which was broadcast on SCTV for the show’s third season when it streamed by CBC Television in the year 1980. Bob’s part is played by comic Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is performed by comic Dave Thomas. The sketch was developed originally as a sketch to both please and makes jokes about non sensical Canadian content statutes, the two grew up to be a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the USA. The McKenzie siblings enetually would become the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
