In the video SPEAK LOW.mp4, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of strange Canadian actors who can been seen in “Great White North”, a program which was introduced on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most liked season when it streamed by the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the 1980s. Bob’s partThe character Bob is brought to life by comic Rick Moranis and the character Doug is acted by actor Dave Thomas. It was created originally as a joke to both fulfill and make fun of non sensical Canadian content legislation, the two morphed into a pop culture success in both Canada and across the border. The brothers enetually would become the focus of a huge comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
