Bob’s character is brought to life by comic Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is acted by comic Dave Thomas. Which was created originally as a sketch to both fulfill and laugh at dumb Canadian content policies, the pair became a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and America. The two enetually would become the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
