Bob’s character is brought to life by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is created by comic Dave Thomas. Even thoughFamously brought to life originally as a joke to both please and make fun of stupid Canadian content rules, the two turned into a pop culture smash hit in both Canada and the United States.
