In the video Strange Brew – Movie Review in Ep 12, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of strange Canadian brothers who were featured in “Great White North”, a skit which was aired on SCTV for the show’s most liked season when it was aired on the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the 80’s. Bob is brought to life by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is created by comic Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was born originally as a joke to both follow guidelines and laugh at legal Canadian content policies, the duo grew up to be a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and America. The McKenzie siblings became the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
