In the video STRANGE BREW Review | Flesh Wound FARCE | Adventures of Bob & Doug McKenzie | Rick Moranis | 690, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of odd Canadian siblings who were featured in “Great White North”, a show which was aired on SCTV for the show’s most watched season when it aired by CBC Television in 1980. Bob’s part is played by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie’s part is performed by Dave Thomas. Although brought to life originally as filler to both please and laugh at non sensical Canadian content demands, the brothers transformed into a pop culture hit in both Canada and the USA. The characters soon became the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
