Bob and Doug McKenzie in Strangerhood – Christmas

In the video Strangerhood – Christmas, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of hilarious Canadian brothers who hosted “Great White North”, a program which was included on second city television for the show’s 3rd season when it was broadcast on CBC Television in the year 1980. Bob’s partThe character Bob is created by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is played by comic Dave Thomas. Although made originally as a skit to both please and mock network Canadian content laws, the siblings became a pop culture smash hit in both Canada and the States. The McKenzie siblings later became the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
