In the video switch to secret hyper jets #shorts, Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of hysterical Canadian actors who starred in “Great White North”, a ad lib skit which was aired on second city television for the show’s 3rd season when it streamed by CBC Television in the year 1980. The character Bob McKenzie is acted by actor Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is created by Dave Thomas. The sketch was born originally as filler to both please and laugh at silly Canadian content policies, the duo turned into a pop culture hit in both Canada and the US. The McKenzie brothers enetually would become the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
