Bob and Doug McKenzie in The Adventures of Lupin and Jigen McKenzie

In the video The Adventures of Lupin and Jigen McKenzie, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of made up Canadian brothers who can been seen in “Great White North”, a program which was introduced on second city television for the show’s most watched season when it streamed by CBC Television in . Bob’s part is created by comic Rick Moranis and the character Doug is performed by Dave Thomas. The bit was brought to life originally as fluff to both satisfy and makes jokes about stupid Canadian content rules, the two grew up to be a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and America. The two went on to become the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
