Bob and Doug McKenzie in The Incredible Hulk (SCTV)

In the video The Incredible Hulk (SCTV), Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of fictional Canadian comedians who can been seen in “Great White North”, a segment which was broadcast on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most popular season when it was broadcast on CBC Television in the year 1980. Bob is performed by comic Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is played by comic Dave Thomas. Even thoughFamously created originally as a sketch to both follow guidelines and laugh about stupid Canadian content laws, the brothers morphed into a pop culture hit in both Canada and the United States. The pair soon became the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
