Bob and Doug McKenzie in The McKenzie Brothers SCTV

In the video The McKenzie Brothers SCTV, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of imaginaryfunny Canadian brothers who are responsible for “Great White North”, a program which was introduced on SCTV for the show’s most liked season when it moved to CBC Television in the 1980s. Bob’s part is acted by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie’s part is acted by comic Dave Thomas. Which was created originally as an idea to both please and make fun of silly Canadian content legislation, the pair grew up to be a pop culture hit in both Canada and the US. The two soon became the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
