In the video The Meek Shall Inherit (Film Version Extended) – Little Shop of Horrors, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a duo of made up Canadian family members who were featured in “Great White North”, a show which was televised on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most popular season when it got sent to CBC Television in the eighties. Bob is brought to life by the funny Rick Moranis and the character Doug is performed by comic Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was brought to life originally as a joke to both fulfill and make fun of network Canadian content statutes, the brothers morphed into a pop culture success in both Canada and the US. The brothers soon became the focus of a classic comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.

Fun fact: according to the Little Shop wiki, Frank Oz was the voice of the agents trying to give Seymour canape and cigarettes.

Can I say while I'm happy with how the theatrical cut turned out, I'm sadder that this song was cut down than I am that they didn't use Don't Feed the Plants?

Where is the music when Seymour sneaks around the plant and then the plants like feed me bring on the meet Seymour‘s like I’m not going to feed you and then he goes out and then the play calling is Audrey do you have where the plant called Audrey but you don’t have one Seymour gives his last offer to Audrey two
