In the video This Is How We Do funeral in Jamaica this dead must be happy, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a couple of hilarious Canadian siblings who starred in “Great White North”, a segment which was streamed on SCTV – second city television for the show’s third season when it streamed by the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the 1980s. Bob is created by actor Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is created by comic Dave Thomas. The sketch was made originally as an idea to both please and laugh about network Canadian content laws, the brothers grew up to be a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the USA. The McKenzie siblings went on to become the focus of a huge comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
