You hire less or even unqualified people to maintain diversity appearances and just like affirmative action university admissions they eventually fail and the BLM, Reverend Al Sharpton and career violent criminal pregnant woman pistol whipper George Floyd crowd convince them they were discriminated against and/or whitey is out to kill them and one time in 10,000 you get this kind of ultimate violent reaction. Eliminate the frustration by improving education and training preparation, then hire exclusively based on skills and merit and effort and it will gradually become one in 1 million.
