Bob and Doug McKenzie in Twelve Days of Christmas Yoga Poses

In the video Twelve Days of Christmas Yoga Poses, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a group of made up Canadian siblings who hosted “Great White North”, a skit which was aired on second city television for the show’s most popular season when it was featured on CBC Television in the eighties. Bob is acted by the funny Rick Moranis and Doug’s part is created by actor Dave Thomas. The sketch was created originally as a joke to both follow guidelines and make fun of legal Canadian content rules, the siblings turned into a pop culture smash hit in both Canada and the US. The pair became the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
