In the video Ultimate Christmas Lip Dub 2018 – “Twelve Days of Christmas”, Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of imaginaryfunny Canadian family members who created “Great White North”, a sketch which was included on SCTV for the show’s third season when it got sold to CBC Television in . Bob McKenzie is created by comic Rick Moranis and Doug’s character is created by actor Dave Thomas. The bit was created originally as a skit to both follow guidelines and makes jokes about annoying Canadian content demands, the pair turned into a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the States. The McKenzie brothers enetually would become the focus of a bestselling comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
