Bob and Doug McKenzie in Volleyball, 12 Days of Christmas, and More!

In the video Volleyball, 12 Days of Christmas, and More!, Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of hilarious Canadian family members who starred in “Great White North”, a segment which was shown on second city television for the show’s 3rd season when it was broadcast on CBC Television in the eighties. The character Bob McKenzie is brought to life by comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is played by Dave Thomas. Regardless the fact it was created originally as filler to both follow guidelines and laugh at stupid Canadian content demands, the duo turned into a pop culture phenomenon in both Canada and the US. The pair soon became the focus of a famous comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
