In the video who nose?!? #darkhelmet #spaceballs #shorts, Bob and Doug McKenzie are two of made up Canadian actors who created “Great White North”, a ad lib skit which was featured on SCTV – second city television for the show’s most liked season when it was featured on the Canadian Broadcasting Channel in the year 1980. Bob’s part is brought to life by hilarious comedian Rick Moranis and Doug McKenzie is acted by actor Dave Thomas. It was created originally as filler to both follow guidelines and make fun of annoying Canadian content legislation, the characters transformed into a pop culture smash hit in both Canada and the United States. The pair soon became the focus of a hit comedy album, The Great White North, in 1981.
